Having lived and worked in New York for the past 8 years as COO and then CEO of an international B2B services brand, and then COO of a US Venture backed tech startup, Nigell offers extensive experience in designing, developing and implementing medium to long term strategies designed to significantly increase business performance, profitability and commercialisation.
Nigell is a visionary leader who understands the importance of people and drives a culture of excellence while leading teams to consistently exceed expectations. Nigell is a successful investor, board member and advisor including leading various investment capital raises.
Charlie Caruso is an angel investor (average 10x across personal investment portfolio within 5 years) and executive business consultant who has experience identifying and working with businesses operating at a global scale. Charlie studied International Business (minor in Chinese business) at Murdoch University and is currently in the process of completing a Masters of International Law and Masters of International Relations at the University of Western Australia. Charlie has recently been appointed as a director of an international blockchain foundation.
Having been a start-up founder herself, Charlie understands the unique pressures experienced by entrepreneurs. Charlie is also a published author and keynote speaker and recently volunteered in the policy research division for the Minderoo Foundation #noplasticwaste initiative. Charlie has in-depth knowledge about key international and domestic policy and regulation issues relating to the global transition to carbon neutrality and is passionate about clean or green tech projects.
